Hi Christina,
My little boy will be 5 next month. He’s had quite a challenging temperament from day one and age 4 has been a real struggle for all of us. He has frequent meltdowns and gets upset extremely easily. He is very demanding and seems to require constant attention. However at school and nursery there have been no problems whatsoever, in fact we’ve often been told how polite and engaged he is with everything. We’re at the point where we feel we need some professional support as we just don’t know how to handle his behaviour at home. We’ve tried so many approaches but nothing makes a difference. Do you currently have any availability for Bupa patients?

My daughter (soon to be 13) is having a really rough time attending school. She’s experiencing panic attacks, lots of anxiety and regularly cannot get out of the car. She then gets home and feels rubbish for not being in school. She is reluctant to talk to anyone as she doesn’t know what is wrong or why it’s happening. Is this something you might be able to support with? That’s if she will agree to try! She is so embarrassed and upset with the fact that she is struggling like this. She is a very high achieving student but hates the school environment.

I am the founder of Brackley Wellbeing Centre and my lovely colleague Samantha Aldridge has highly recommended you.
We are receiving a lot of enquires for children and teenager counselling but sadly most of our Counsellors are full.
Samantha said that you may be able to take some of the referrals at various intervals. Would this be possible as it would be great to have someone else to refer clients to.
Also, I have a contract with the local NHS who refer teenagers 13- 18 years old to us. We have a waiting list which I am keen to reduce. Would you be interested in receiving any of the referrals in your area ?
The NHS pay £46 per session. They allow up to 6- 8 sessios per client.
I am happy to of course discuss the above with you further.
