I studied an MSc Counselling Children and Young People- at the University of Northampton and gained a Post Graduate Diploma- (Distinction)

I am a qualified teacher and hold a BEd (2:1 Hons) Primary.  Curriculum specialisation Arts, age specialisation 4-8 years. (Oxford Brookes University)

I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Early Childhood Studies/Nursery Nursing (Distinction)

I hold a full and registered membership to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I have regular professional supervision in accordance with the ‘Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions’ (2016).

I have achieved BACP accreditation as a counsellor and the logo from the BACP reflects this – ‘Accreditation demonstrates to clients and employers that high standards of knowledge, experience and development have been achieved through a process of self- reflection, assignment tasks and experiential evidence.’

I have also completed OCN Certificate in Counselling Supervision, Level 5, and am now working as a Supervisor for Counsellors and specialise in supporting practitioners who also work with children and young people. I can offer face to face sessions and online supervision as needed.
